As of receipt of the products, the consumer has a legal withdrawal period of 30 (thirty) days without having to justify. The direct costs of return for the orders of the goods delivered in metropolitan France will be the responsibility of Eleven paris, the expenses of shipping possibly paid during its order will not be refunded to the customer (including additional expenses related to the choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method).The method of refund will be the same as the payment method used in the initial transaction.

The direct costs of return for the orders of the goods delivered outside Metropolitan France will be charged to the customer.

To exercise this right, the consumer must fill a return online by logging into his account and in the tab "My product returns", he will select the items concerned by the return, and the reasons for the return. In order to receive the return label offered by Eleven Paris, the customer must log on to the return portal and enter his postal code, his Colissimo tracking number, then select the relay point or post office where the customer wishes to deposit his return package.

The consumer is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, provided that the products have arrived at the seller in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, with their label, unworn , unwashed, accompanied by the original invoice and the return slip.
